Smart Coats by Smart Grooming is a shedding tool designed to efficiently remove thick winter undercoats with a wider 5" blade, based on the same principle as Smart Tails and Manes. It’s ideal for animals with dense or matted coats such as ponies with Cushing’s, donkeys, Shetland ponies, dogs, horses, camels, & goats. Particularly effective in spring, Smart Coats quickly sheds the winter coat while leaving the coat tidy without a smooth clipped finish. Regular use outside of shedding season helps to thin the coat gradually.
