Welcome to The EQ Club, Equitogs’ Loyalty Programme. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how it works, how to earn and redeem points, and what benefits you can enjoy at each tier.

1. What is The EQ Club?
The EQ Club is Equitogs’ loyalty programme, created to reward you every time you shop with us, whether online or in-store. You’ll earn points for purchases and other activities, unlock exclusive rewards, and access perks based on your spend tier.
2. How do I join The EQ Club?
- You can join The EQ Club by creating an account either:
- Online at www.equitogs.com
- In-store at the point of sale by providing your name and contact details
- Upon registration, you will be automatically enrolled into Tier 1 of the programme
- Membership and points are non-transferable and may not be shared across multiple accounts
3. How to earn points?
Points can be earned through the following activities:

4. How to I redeem points?
You can redeem points online by logging into your account, or in-store by providing your registered email address at checkout

| 4000 points | £40 |

5. Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.
6. How are tiers calculated?
Tiers are based on your spend over a rolling 12-month period.

| Tier 1 | Free to join | 1 point |
| Tier 2 | £2,500+ | 2 points |
| Tier 3 | £5,000+ | 3 points |
| Tier 4 | £10,000+ | 4 points |
| Tier 5 | £15,000+ | 5 points |
You will automatically move up or down tiers based on your 12-month spend.
7. What are the perks for each tier?
Tier 1
- 1 point for every £1 spent
- 500 points on your birthday
Tier 2
- 2 points for every £1 spent
- 1000 points on your birthday
- Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)
Tier 3
- 3 points for every £1 spent
- 1500 points on your birthday
- Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)

- Double points events
Tier 4
- 4 points for every £1 spent
- 2000 points on your birthday
- Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)

- 5 points for every £1 spent
- 2500 points on your birthday
- Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)

8. How do I access my EQ Club account?
You can log into your EQ Club account online at any time via www.equitogs.com. In-store, staff can look up your account using your registered email address.
9. I forgot to log in or give my email - can I still earn points?
Yes! Please contact us at sales@equitogs.com with your order number and email address, and we’ll add your points manually if eligible.
10. Can I use my points during sales or promotions?
In most cases, yes. However, some exclusions may apply during specific promotional events or clearance sales. We’ll always state this clearly at checkout or in the terms of the offer.
11. What happens if I return an item I used points on?
If you return an item, the relevant points will be refunded to your EQ Club account.
12. Can I use my rewards in-store & online?
Yes. Points and rewards can be earned and redeemed both online and in-store. Just make sure you use or provide your registered email address at checkout.
