Gift Card Policy
This Gift Card Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and use of Equitogs Gift Cards. By purchasing or using an Equitogs Gift Card, you agree to the following terms.

This policy applies to both digital (e‑Gift Cards) and physical gift cards purchased in-store. All Equitogs gift cards are processed through the same system and can be redeemed either online at www.equitogs.com or at our physical retail location. The terms below apply equally to both formats, including validity, refund eligibility, balance tracking, and cancellation rights.
1. Redemption
Equitogs Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on our website at www.equitogs.com or in our physical retail store. They may be used for full or partial payment of goods, excluding the purchase of additional Gift Cards.
2. Purchase & delivery
Gift Cards are available for purchase in GBP and are delivered via email (e-Gift Cards) and in-person in-store (Physical Gift Card). No physical gift card will be issued for online orders. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held liable for gift cards delivered to incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.
3. Maximum value
You may load a maximum of £1,000 onto a single Equitogs Gift Card. Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up once the initial value is used.
4. Validity & expiry
Equitogs Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be redeemed.
5. Use of balance
The total balance on your gift card will reduce with each purchase made. Any remaining balance can be used toward future purchases until the balance reaches £0 or the card expires. You may check your gift card balance by contacting our customer service team.
6. Refunds & returns
If you return an item purchased using an Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to the original Gift Card. If you paid using a combination of gift card and another payment method, any refund due will be applied to the gift card first, then the secondary payment method.
7. Lost, stolen or unused cards
Equitogs is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unused Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card as cash and keep it secure. We are unable to replace or reissue cards that have been lost or misdirected due to incorrect recipient information.
8. Promotions & discounts
Gift Cards are excluded from promotional offers, discount codes, and sale events. They must be purchased at full face value and cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
9. Cancellation rights
You have the right to cancel your gift card purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided that the gift card has not been used in full or in part. To request cancellation, please contact us at orders@equitogs.com. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days of confirmation.
10. Resale
Gift Cards are issued for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Equitogs.
11. Order rejection & fraud prevention
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an Gift Card order if we suspect fraudulent activity, payment failure, system error, or any misuse of the system. In such cases, your payment will be refunded in full.
12. Amendments to this policy
We may update or amend this Gift Card Policy at any time. Where changes are material or affect your rights significantly, we will provide reasonable notice. Minor updates (such as formatting or clarifications) may be made without prior notification.
13. Governing law
This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by English law. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the English courts, unless you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
