The EQ Club T&C’s

 

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Equitogs Loyalty Programme (referred to as “EQ Club”, “Loyalty Programme”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By joining or using your EQ Club account, you agree to be bound these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from joining or using the EQ Club.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions, the Loyalty Programme itself, or any part of it any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

1. Eligibility 

  • The EQ Club is open to individuals aged 16 and over with a registered account either online at www.equitogs.com or in-store at the point of sale
  • Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join

2. How to join

  • You can join The EQ Club by creating an account either: 
    • Online at www.equitogs.com
    • In-store at the point of sale by providing your name and contact details
  • Upon registration, you will be automatically enrolled into Tier 1 of the programme
  • Membership and points are non-transferable and may not be shared across multiple accounts

3. Tiers & spend thresholds 

Tier Annual spend  Points per £1
Tier 1  Free to join 1 point
Tier 2  £2,500+ 2 points
Tier 3  £5,000+ 3 points 
Tier 4 £10,000+ 4 points
Tier 5 £15,000+ 5 points

 

  • Your tier is recalculated based on your spend over the previous 12 months.
  • You will move up immediately upon reaching the next threshold
  • If your annual spend drops below your current tier level, you will be moved down at the end of that 12-month period. 

We reserve the right to change the tier spend thresholds and/or the points earning rate per tier at any time, without notice.

4. How to earn points

Points can be earned through the following activities:

Make a purchase  1–5 points per £1 depending on tier
Create an account 250 points
Enter your birthday 500–2500 points depending on tier
Sign up to our mailing list 250 points
Follow us on Instagram  100 points
Follow us on TikTok 100 points
Like us on Facebook 100 points
Leave a review  550 points

 

  • Points will be added to your account immediately following the qualifying action.
  • Points earned through social media or similar one-time actions are only awarded once per account.

5. Birthday rewards

Tier-based birthday rewards are issued during your birthday month:

Tier 1  500 points
Tier 2  1000 points 
Tier 3  1500 points 
Tier 4  2000 points 
Tier 5  2500 points 

 

  • You must enter your date of birth in your account at least 1 day before your birthday to qualify.

6. Reward redemption 

You can redeem your points as follows:

10,000 points £100

 

  • Points can be redeemed online at www.equitogs.com and in-store
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash
  • You must be logged into your account online or provide your registered email address in-store to redeem rewards
  • Points used on refunded items will be reinstated to you account upon return.

7. EQ Club perks by tier

Members enjoy exclusive benefits based on their tier:

Tier 1 
  • 1 point for every £1 spent
  • 500 points on your birthday
Tier 2
  • 2 points for every £1 spent
  • 1000 points on your birthday
  • Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)
Tier 3 
  • 3 points for every £1 spent 
  • 1500 points on your birthday
  • Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)
  • Updates on new collections, sales & promotions (via email notifications)
Tier 4
  • 4 points for every £1 spent 
  • 2000 points on your birthday
  • Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)
  • Updates on new collections, sales & promotions (via email notifications)
  • Double points events 
Tier 5
  • 5 points for every £1 spent 
  • 2500 points on your birthday
  • Entry into our monthly prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)
  • Updates on new collections, sales & promotions (via email notifications)
  • Double points events
  • VIP events

8. Points expiry

  • Points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned, unless otherwise stated, if no activity.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.
  • In the event of a sale of the business, or a planned closure, customers will be given notice and all loyalty points will expire within three (3) months of that notice being issued. After this 3-month period, all unused points will be considered null and void and hold no redeemable value. 
  • In the event of liquidation, administration, or insolvency proceedings, all EQ Club points will immediately become void and will hold no redeemable value. 

10. Returns & cancellations

  • If you return items purchased using loyalty points, the equivalent points value will be reinstated to your account.
  • If you return part of an order, only the relevant portion of the points will be adjusted.

11. General conditions

  • We reserve the right to deduct points from your account in the event of order cancellations, fraud, or abuse of the programme.
  • We may update the programme structure, tier levels, spending thresholds, points-earning rates, or rewards of the EQ Club at any time without notice. 
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the EQ Club Loyalty Programme at our sole discretion, without liability. 
  • Benefits and rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted at our discretion
  • Membership may be suspended or terminated if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
