These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Equitogs Loyalty Programme (referred to as “EQ Club”, “Loyalty Programme”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By joining or using your EQ Club account, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from joining or using the EQ Club.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

1. Eligibility 

  • The EQ Club is open to individuals aged 16 and over with a registered account either online at www.equitogs.com or in-store at the point of sale
  • Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join
  • The EQ Club is available to UK residents only at this time

2. How to join

  • You can join The EQ Club by creating an account either: 
    • Online at www.equitogs.com
    • In-store at the point of sale by providing your name and contact details
  • Upon registration, you will be automatically enrolled into Tier 1 of the programme
  • Membership and points are non-transferable and may not be shared across multiple accounts

3. Tiers & spend thresholds 

Tier Annual spend  Points per £1
Tier 1  Free to join 1 point
Tier 2  £500+ 2 points
Tier 3  £1,000+ 3 points 
Tier 4 £2,000+ 4 points
Tier 5 £3,500+ 5 points

 

Your tier is recalculated based on your spend over the previous 12 months. You will move up immediately upon reaching the next threshold and may be moved down if your annual spend drops below your current tier level.

4. How to earn points

Points can be earned through the following activities:

Make a purchase  1–5 points per £1 depending on tier
Create an account 250 points
Enter your birthday 250–1500 points depending on tier
Sign up to our mailing list 100 points
Follow us on Instagram  100 points
Follow us on TikTok 100 points
Like us on Facebook 100 points
Subscribe on YouTube 100 points
Refer a friend  500 points
Leave a review  500 points

 

Points will be added to your account within 72 hours of the qualifying action.

5. Birthday rewards

Tier-based birthday rewards are issued during your birthday month:

  • Tier 1: 500 points
  • Tier 2: 1000 points
  • Tier 3: 1500 points
  • Tier 4: £50 gift voucher
  • Tier 5: £100 gift voucher

You must enter your date of birth in your account at least 30 days before your birthday to qualify.

6. Reward redemption 

You can redeem your points as follows:

500 points  £5
1000 points £10
1500 points  £15
2000 points  £20
5000 points  £50

 

  • Points can be redeemed online at www.equitogs.com and in-store
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash
  • You must be logged into your account online or provide your registered email address in-store to redeem rewards
  • Points used on refunded items will be reinstated to your account upon return

7. EQ Club perks by tier

Members enjoy exclusive benefits based on their tier:

Tier 1 
  • 1 point for every £1 spent
  • 500 points on your birthday
Tier 2
  • 2 points for every £1 spent
  • 1000 points on your birthday
  • First look at new collections (via email notifications)
  • Entry into our annual prize draw (automatic entry with qualifying spend)
Tier 3 
  • 3 points for every £1 spent 
  • 1500 points on your birthday
  • First look at new collections
  • Entry into our annual prize draw
  • Access to double points events
  • Personal shopping via WhatsApp video call
  • Free hot drink in-store for you
Tier 4
  • 4 points for every £1 spent 
  • £50 birthday voucher 
  • First look at new collections
  • Entry into our annual prize draw
  • Access to triple points events
  • Personal shopping via WhatsApp video call
  • Free hot drink in-store for you & a friend
  • Early access to sales & promotions 
  • Early access to events held both in-store and locally
Tier 5
  • 5 points for every £1 spent 
  • £100 birthday voucher 
  • First look at new collections
  • Entry into our annual prize draw
  • Access to quadruple points events
  • Personal shopping via WhatsApp video call
  • Free hot drink in-store for you & two friends
  • Secret sales & promotions
  • VIP events
  • Free express shipping on all orders - no minimum spend 
  • Extended warranty on all product purchases

8. Referrals

  • Share your unique referral link with friends 
  • You'll earn 500 points when your friend makes their first purchase.
  • Your friend may also receive a welcome reward (subject to terms at the timeof promotion)

  • Referral must be a new customer using a valid email address

9. Points expiry

Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned, unless otherwise stated. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

10. Returns & cancellations

If you return items purchased using loyalty points, the equivalent points value will be refunded to your account. If you return part of an order, only the relevant portion of the points will be adjusted.

11. General conditions

We reserve the right to deduct points from your account in the event of order cancellations, fraud, or abuse of the programme.

  • We may update the structure, tiers, earning rate, or benefits of the EQ Club at any time
  • Benefits and rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted at our discretion
  • Membership may be suspended or terminated if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms
