Mattes Dressage Lambskin Velvet Saddle Pad with Champagne Piping

Mattes saddle pads are the ultimate luxury to add to your horses wardrobe.

All the pads are constructed from a 2 layered quilt, poly-flex which is a deep-needled polyester felt, used to maintain the shape of the pad and spread pressure, whilst polyester wadding provides padding.  The Mattes quilts do not contain any gels, neoprene or foam to allow the entire pad to be fully air permeable and totally breathable. 

Mattes lambskin is of the highest premium quality and provides good pressure distribution, balances temperature and reduces friction. Sweat and sebum can flow off unhindered - this reduces clogged glands. Did you know? Lambskin is also perfect for summer.

We recommend the following:

• S fits a 15" to 16" saddle
• M fits a 16" to 17" saddle
• L fits a 17" to 18" saddle

Care:

Mattes recommend that sheepskin items are washed regularly at 30 °C using a Melp wash. The machine should not be overloaded and once washed, removed and allowed to dry naturally and not near an artificial heat source.
