Mattes All Purpose Lambskin Half Pad

The Mattes All Purpose Lambskin Half Pad is suitable for dressage, jumping and GP saddles due to its shape. The two layered quilt poly-flex which is a deep-needled polyester felt, used to maintain the shape of the pad and spread pressure, whilst polyester wadding provides padding. The Mattes quilts do not contain any gels, neoprene or foam to allow the entire pad to be fully air permeable and totally breathable. 

The pad is lined with lambskin of the highest premium quality and provides good pressure distribution, balances temperature and reduces friction.

• Front & back lambskin collar
• Mattes Spinefree design which prevents any pressure in the area of the withers and the spinous processes. Here the lambskin is cut out in the spinal canal and offers more free space and free flow of air
• Small bottle of Melp wash included

Size & Fit:

We recommend the following:

• S fits a 15" to 16" saddle
• M fits a 16" to 17" saddle
• L fits a 17" to 18" saddle

Images shown here are with a dressage saddle, but this half pad is all purpose so can be used with a gp/jump saddle as well. 

Care:

Mattes recommend that sheepskin items are washed regularly at 30°C using a Melp wash. The machine should not be overloaded and once washed allow to dry naturally and not near an artificial heat source.
