Made to attach seamlessly to any Kentucky All Weather Classic Turnout Rug, this neck cover features a durable 600D ripstop outer, a soft 210T PES lining and a 150g fill for reliable insulation. With secure Velcro fastenings and stylish artificial leather trim, it combines function, comfort and classic Kentucky design.
