The All Weather Pro Turnout Neck can be used in combination with Kentucky's All Weather Pro Turnout Rug. The outer fabric is made of 1680 Denier high tenacity polyester which makes the neck piece extremely strong, durable and dirt-repellent. The PU waterproof and breathable coating makes it resistant to all weather conditions. The edge behind the ears is lined with artificial rabbit skin to prevent rubbing the mane. The neck piece can be attached to the rug with the four strong Velcro fastenings and it also has two strong Velcro closures.
