The outer fabric of the neck cover is a strong 1200D ripstop fabric, which makes it ideal for a lot of various weather conditions. The neck is lined with a smooth polyester lining to be soft on the horses’ skin. The neck can be attached to the rug with four strong Velcro fastenings.
