The All Weather Turnout Neck provides durable protection and comfort in all weather conditions. Made from 600D ripstop polyester with a smooth 210T PES lining, it’s strong, soft, and easy to maintain. The neck attaches securely to Kentucky turnout rugs with four Velcro fastenings and features two front closures for a perfect fit.
