Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers are issued in-store only and can only be redeemed online.
• Vouchers are valid for 60 days from date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.
• Minimum spend of £100 (after any discounts) is required to qualify.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only one voucher can be used per online transaction.
• Equitogs reserves the right to restrict or limit the use of this voucher in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes.
• Vouchers are not redeemable against shipping charges or any delivery fees

Refunds & Adjustments
If items from a qualifying purchase are refunded, voucher eligibility will be reassessed:

• If the revised spend falls below £100, the voucher becomes void.
• If the voucher has already been used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If the revised spend reduces the voucher tier (e.g. £200 to £140), the voucher value will be adjusted accordingly.
• If a voucher is used on an online order, the voucher value will be deducted from any refund issued.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time.
